RESERVATION AND PRE-RESERVE.
A pre-reservation is the prior state to the reservation status. For reservations in which the start date is less than 10 days, only the pre-reservation payment will be accepted by credit card in order to guarantee the blocking of the chosen dates.
In case of an error in the payment of your reservation at the time of formalization or in case you have requested the payment by bank transfer, a pre-reservation will be created:
1. The dates will be blocked for 48 hours pending payment receipt.
2. Once the payment has been received the reservation will be confirmed.
3. In case the payment is not received in that time, our system will eliminate the reservation understanding that it is not of interest to you.entendiendo que no es de su interés.
WAY TO PAY.
The payments of your reservation can be made:
- By credit card.
- By Bank transfer.
By credit card.
Payment is made through a secure payment platform (https: //) contracted with Global Payments. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
By Bank transfer.
Payment will be made to the El Porto CB bank account. We will block for 48/72 hours the dates chosen in a pre-reservation, until the bank confirmation. In the system we will update the information regarding the amount paid ONLY when it is reflected in our bank account. At that time you will receive a confirmation email. You must include at the time of the transfer the reservation ID, otherwise we can not guarantee the correct allocation of these amounts.
Whether or not you have an account with Paypal you can make the payment securely through your Paypal account or through a bank card from the paypal page.
CBooking Confirmation In the case of a pre-reservation the maximum period for receipt of the amounts corresponding to 35% of the total of the reservation must be less than 48hs from its formalization. Please note that a transfer can take 24 hours to be reflected in our bank account since it was issued.
The remaining 65% must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
For formal reservations with less than 15 days to access, the payment to confirm the reservation will be 100%.
A deposit of € 2500 must be deposited at check-in. This deposit can be formalized:
Cash. We will refund the amounts, if there has not been an incident attributable to the guest during your stay, at the time of check-out.
RECOMMENDED: by credit card. We will sign a contract that indicates reservation ID, date of entry to the villa, days of stay, etc ... with your card details and specifying that it is a guarantee only to cover incidents attributable to guest and contracted services. No blocking of balances or charge is made to your bank account. It is a compromise document. This document will be deleted at the time of check-out in the event that no incident attributable to the guest is detected.
The bail amounts do not release the tenant from covering additional expenses that may be attributable to misuse or lack of care in housing.
CONTRACTS AND BILLING.
During the check-in process, you must sign a rental agreement. During the check-in process, we will issue an invoice corresponding to the rental of the housing and associated cleaning and complementary services. This may be under the concept of intermediation (only natural persons) or transfer of accommodation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCESS.
Our company is based on a face-to-face check-in process, in which someone from our team will be waiting for you on arrival at the agreed time and accompany you during the process of entering the villa and inform you about the accommodation and all those aspects That you should know.
The check-out can also be on-site, this will depend on your departure time if you are subject to means of transport (airplane, train, etc.)
ENTRY AND DEPARTURE.
The entry to the apartment will be made from 17.00pm. For tickets after 00.00hs please contact us by phone or email to verify that there is no problem.
Whenever possible we will be happy to provide you with access to the accommodation before 16.30pm - subject to availability - in any case never before 14.00pm.
The departure of the apartment must be done before 10.00am. Only in case of availability of the house can be made later, only upon request.

Upon check-in our staff and through the additional information you will find in the villa, you will be able to hire complementary services. These services are based on a request model and once requested our partners will contact you to confirm or not the service and its operational details.
Some of our collaborators request the payment of the service at the same time of realization and others can be paid to our staff at the time of leaving the apartment, payment that will be made by credit card through a secure payment bank gateway or through the dataphone in Villa the Port.
If the period between the date of cancellation and the date of access to the apartment is more than 60 calendar days, we will refund any amount paid for the reservation.
If the period between the cancellation date and the access to the apartment is less than 60 days and more than 30 calendar days, we will refund 50% of any amount paid for the reservation.
Otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid.
Cancellations will not be accepted due to weather, accident or illness. We recommend you take out travel, accident, illness and / or cancellation insurance.
Likewise, El Porto CB may modify by means of offers the conditions of hiring and cancellation. In this case will always be governed as described in our offers.
In case of modification of the confirmed dates, it will be understood as canceled the reservation being subject to the general conditions. Failure to comply with the payment methods and payment periods established in our contracting conditions means the cancellation of the reservation without the right to reimburse some amounts.
The communication must be made in any case by means of an electronic mail indicating reservation ID. The moment of receipt of this mail will be taken into consideration.
Note especially the conditions of occupation of the dwelling.
OCCUPATION OF THE VILLA.
The number of guests cannot exceed the capacity indicated in our website or the contract.
In case that you exceed the number of guest accommodated on the villa, the reservation shall be deemed to have been canceled without any refund. In the case that the reservation has occurred the check-in must leave immediately the villa without right to any refund of amounts or compensation.
The law requires us to register each of the people who stay with us. We need name, surname, ID or passport, nationality, date of birth and physical address for all those users of our villa.
You should let us know if you are staying with your pet. It is not allowed the accommodation of animals, however contact us and we will be happy to assist and advise you.
CBEHAVIOR IN THE APARTMENT
You must maintain good behavior and respect the rest of those who will be your neighbors. The rest hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you or the persons accompanying you do not observe proper and responsible behavior, you must leave the villa without the right to any refund of the amounts paid, with no right to any claim or compensation. Reserving the right to initiate any complementary legal action derived from their behavior.
DATA PROTECTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OUR WEBSITE
